15 May Two Roads Development & Alpha Blue Ventures top off Forté on Flagler

Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures recently celebrated a significant milestone with the topping off of their latest project, Forté on Flagler, a luxury waterfront condominium located at 1309 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. On April 19, the final beam was placed on the 25-story tower by a team of approximately 200 workers, a moment led by Moss Construction, the project’s general contractor.
