By now, the recent real estate boom can no longer be questioned. According to a report published by Florida Realtors in April 2021, single-family home sales rose 23.3 percent year-over-year, and condominiums sales were up a shocking 52.6 percent state-wide.

In Palm Beach alone, Douglas Elliman is reporting a staggering 95.5 percent closed sales in condominiums in the past year. Though not all real estate is created equal, and plenty of the nation’s top consumers are still flocking to the sunny south Florida shores. Just one reason why luxury listing inventory is down for the fifth straight quarter, putting high-end buildings at the top of the pile.
