Latest West Palm Beach condo ready for construction, joining other luxury rises on city skyline

A 24-story waterfront condominium planned for downtown West Palm Beach will start construction this year, despite a months-long sales halt in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Since Thanksgiving, when sales at the Forté condominium resumed after stopping in March, pre-construction sales of the multi-million dollar condo units have been strong enough to pre-sell about 30% of the building, leading to the planned start of the building’s construction within months.

The boutique tower, at 1309 S. Flagler Drive, is the third new luxury residential condominium to be built in the past few years along the Intracoastal Waterway in West Palm Beach. All have views of the city, the Intracoastal, Palm Beach and the Atlantic Ocean…
