WEST PALM BEACH, FL – March 7, 2022 – Last Thursday evening, Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures celebrated the groundbreaking of Forté, a new waterfront luxury condominium at 1309 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach.
